Nino has mastered the balance of salinity and texture wth this wine. There is a hint of skin contact and you get more texture and phenolic’s that balance harmoniously with the saltiness of these Sicilian varieties. Some subtle ginger, citrus and honey notes come into play as the wine opens up.
